When I install Sophos Connect I dont ever see a config folder in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Connect directory. When I try to install a configuration file it wants to install it to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Connect directory and its never successful. I get the "copy failed can’t open conf file" error.
Today I created a folder named "config" in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Connect directory and boom the config file installs correctly and I can import the connection
My question is, why do I have to do that? Why doesnt the installer just create the folder upon install?
