I can make configurations on the interface.
But my lan port is not active, the led light is off.

i finally found it. The device's port order and image order are reversed.

You mean it failed ? Did you ensure the interface Port was connected ?if the method did not work for you, you can also use a shell command: ethtool -t <Interface Port> ---> Example: ethtool -t Port2 *Note: ensure the cable is connected to the port interface you are testing.
yes it gave an error. I have a connection but the light on the port is not lit. It's like the port is not active. I gave an ip to the port from the console interface. I will do basic configuration via glu but I can't access. now i will try the command
Sure, please share the output once it displays the result...This could also possibly mean a faulty port if the LED does not blink even after reboot and cable change...
I did a fresh install on the device. The led light is not on since the beginning where should i write this ethtool command I'm learning for the first time :) sorry
It's okay, login via putty SSH admin credentials on the menu press 5 for the device management > press 3 for the advance shell # ethtool -t <Portno>
