Hi Everyone,
I have an interesting issue. One of our branch offices uses an LTE router to connect to the internet and then VPN to connect to HQ.
The problem is that when one person connects to VPN, the one that was connected before gets disconnected.
Meaning, this office cannot have more than one user connected to VPN.
How can we resolve this?

Hi Philipp,
This is a an L2TP VPN. I hope this helps.

Hi Vivek,
For some reason I am not getting the logs using this method.
Then can you check the /log/access_server.log while you try to sign with the user !!
Where and how do I get those logs?
Hi Jonathan Nali,cd /logtail -f access_server.loghttps://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/19.0/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Logs/LogFileDetails/index.html#vpn
Alright,
I think we have something
here it says the session is established, now connect with the another client and monitor the logs when the previous client gets disconnected...
Alright,I will delay a little because that office is unreachable right now.
Maybe it's the same problem as with the other thread:
