VM ESXI v7 advises XG CA is not in PEM format

I have tried installing the CA from v18.5 and V19 GA and the VM ESXi advises that they are not in PEM format and therefore fails to install the CA.

Please advise what is required to change the XG CA to be a compatible PEM for mat that suites the VM server?
