we have 2 ISP's and the WAN ports on Sophos are configured as: 1) Static Public IP address b) Dynamic Private IP address (FTTH - Airtel)
1)Leased Line - Vendor One OTT - Static IP - works absolutely fine
2) FTTH - Airtel - Static IP - works fine with Sophos WAN interface set to DHCP, however face issues getting FW configured with static IP
Through FTTH airtel the VPN is not connecting. We have managed to port forwarding in airtel router. But it is not working.
Please help to configure the VPN connection using Airtel FTTH

the scan showing that the ports 500 and 4500 are open/filtered.
Hi Lijo, A port is marked as "open|filtered" when the port scanner cannot determine whether it is filtered or open, and A port is marked as "filtered" when the packets are sent to that port, however packet filtering (e.g., firewall) prevents the packets from reaching that port.
how to open the ports. Is the VPN connection through 500 & 4500 UDP ports.
You can validate that by contacting ISP on both the sides, as VPN uses UDP 500 & 4500 Ports.
