&lt;p&gt;Sophos uses a EoS and EoL Approach. Means you can purchase something until EoS (End of Sale) and at this point, the product is fully supported until EoL (End of Life).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Likely you bought the product before August 2019. So the product was supported until 2022.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But i can understand the frustration, if this was not properly communicated to you, as Ian already stated, you should talk to your Reseller about this state.
