I got issue in the serial number after reimaging the Sophos XG210.Initial Issue: No SSD was detected then we change the SSD and try to reimage with the HW version of 18.5.2
After the reimage was done, there is no serial number in the device, it shows default string on the serial number.
Hi Saroj Tamang Yonjan: Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. For this one I have worked with your team member with support ticket 5127245 and with the required steps issue is resolved now and the appliance is running with the proper state and serial key details.
