Sophos XG SW Firewall install via USB

I cannot get the the sophos XG software firewall installed. I cant even get my intel box to read it. I am using Shuttle DS-61. I have made usb bootable drive many times and cannot get it to read it.

Hi, I would also check the BIOS settings because the software version does not support UEFI boot. Ian

How did you create the USB? The requirements are not the same as creating a Windows boot disk (for example). We use a utility called Rufus and you have to write it in DD mode for it to boot.
