Check Traffic shaping settings, under System Services.

here disable Enforce Guaranteed Bandwidth, if enabled and keep the available bandwidth to highest 2560000 KB/s

I have been facing this speed/bandwidth issue during Video calls, made above settings and in every firewall rule (LAN-WAN) in traffic shaping / QoS selected none, no speed complaints anymore.

Also, just for information, in Sophos if you are doing Traffic Shaping the bandwidth is calculated in Kilo-Bytes/s. Had a good run with this too.

there is always the possibility you have a faulty unit? I suggest you create a support case.

the problem is this when i SPEEDTEST THE SOPHOS I GET THE FULL UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD,

But when a device is connected to the sophos the speed got a full upload but slow download it stuck at 11 mbps

Please check the wan interface is set to either autonegotiate or full 1gbs connection.

i tried different mediums to verify my speed . i have use a laptop, desktop and mobile phone . i get the same issue.

i tested also one device to connect at a moment but same speed issue.

i had 3 other of this XGS3300 but had no problem

Hi,

what is your hardware? If it is a PC based unit have you disabled speedstep in the bios?

The proof is if you try to run your speed test on a number of devices concurrently.
