AP55 & AP55c under XGS 3100

Good morning,

we started up our new XGS3100 with FW 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380 this morning. Now we have the problem that all AP55 & AP55C stop on inactive.

Officially the AP55&55C are still supported until 2023.

Does anyone know the behaviour or have a solution for it?

Hi Vishal,

thanks for your quick response. Now I have a big problem. I will order new APs but MY actual license is running out tomorrow. Could you please help me out with a trial license?
