Auto power on after power failure doesn't work XG125

Hey All,

any help or guidance would be great.

XG125 Hardware unit

If the power is in DC IN 1 and the power is lost , the device doesn't automatically power back on when power returns. It needs to be plugged out and plugged back into DC in 1 and manually turned on .

If the power is in DC IN 2 and the power is lost , the device DOES automatically power back on when power returns.

Is there any specific reason why this would happen ?

Is there a hardware check utility or health checker for Sophos XG devices ?

Hi RyanHosiassohn All Sophos XG hardware support auto power on, so this should not be the state here with DC IN-1. I would like to suggest you " load BIOS with default settings" and save it and then exit…

I would like to suggest you "load BIOS with default settings" and save it and then exit from BIOS settings and confirm the status of the actual problem, if the issue still persists then would request to have a support case to have further validation on it.
