Once it is done and if the issue still persists then would suggest opening a<a title="Sophos Support Portal" href="https://support.sophos.com/support/s/?language=en_US"> support case</a> to have a further investigation on random crash ( auto-reboot) to validate more by putting required services in debug and applying ATOP script to monitor the resource utilization.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
