How do I properly hard reboot Sophos XGS 116?

Hello, 

I have an XGS 116 appliance with no SSH access ans no COM access. I need to reboot it, but I don't if I should just unplug the power cord and then plug in again or if to press the power button for an specific amount of time. I couldn't find this information in the admin guide.

    If the XGS is working normally, just briefly pressing the power button will initiate a shutdown. You don't mention if you have GUI access; you can of course also shut it down from there (click on your login name in the top right and select shutdown).
