Hi!
I'm having an unusual issue with only a handful of users. When they try to connect to VPN via Sophos Connect it just sits there and spins (and never connects).
So far I've
- uninstalled Sophos Connect
- re-downloaded their profile and connected with that
- Verified that the initial attempt does hit our firewalls (if I put a wrong password in, it tells me it cannot authenticate the user)
I'm at a loss of what to do now - it doesn't affect everyone, just a few people.
