Sophos Firewall Home Edition won't boot

I am trying run the Sophos Firewall Home Edition on a Minisforum GK41 Mini PC: https://store.minisforum.com/products/minisforum-gk41-mini-pc

I'm able to run the installer but it won't boot. It sits at the screen Booting. I swapped out the NVME for a SSD with no change. I don't see anything in the BIOS that I should change.
