What needs to be done when changing Sophos SD - RED - 60 from one XG Firewall to another different Firewall?

Hello, I succesfully test a RED device on one XG Firewall, however I want to set same RED Device on a different XG Firewall, I know I have to use the unlock code to do so, and I did it, however when setting and connecting the RED Device I get a error status with the following: System LED: RED 
 Router LED: GREEN 
 Internet LED: GREEN Which indicate that the RED Device has no connnection to Firewall and I have verified the communication which is ok, I don't know what the issue is. Can someone give me any advice? or explain the correct process when changing the RED Device from one firewall to another? to verify if I miss something or if I did it wrong Thanks

I have found the problem, I was using the unlock code, but I reset the RED Device, so when I set the RED interface without using the unlock code it could connect succesfully, so if you reset the RED Device don't use the unlock code
