Version 17.5.10 isn’t supported anymore, you’ll need to use a supported version. Support won’t provide an unsupported version.

Sorry,

I did not find that older versions in the download directory on the sophos servers.

I only have images for VMware with SFOS version 17.x here with me.

Maybe someone from the Sophos team can point us to the older versions?

Thank you for your answer yes i tried already and found is not supported. Now i need this version 17_5_10_620 to i can recover or reimage the device. Could you help me please to get the mentioned version above 17_5_10_620.

This model is not supported with v18.

i tried to get the firmware version 17_5_10_620 but without success, could you please send me a download link to i can download this firmware version 17_5_10_620 otherwise i will not able to reimage the device with the newer version.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

I would recommend you to re-image the device, and see if that works.

If that doesn't work either, probably the HD or Memory is failing, to which you could request an RMA if you have a valid license and the device is under warranty.
