Hi,
I realise this has been asked before, but all the responses I've read don't appear to match my issues.
My XG is currently on SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4
Going to System > Backup & Firmware > Check for new firmware results in the message:
"No upgrades available".
I know several updates have been released and I am sure, in the past, It's listed them all and I have been able to choose which one to apply.
Tailing /log/u2d.log shows:

I can reach https://u2d.sophos.com from my network.
My device is not connected to Sophos Cloud - because I can't log in, yet I can log into this forum.
Any ideas about what is going wrong?
T.I.A.
I checked it again.
I didn't touch anything on my systems.
Now there are Updates available.
Looks like there is the problem solved
same situation here. We have several systems with outstanding updates. A few days ago the option to update was shown, now there is no update available anymore. Only old XG 105 has the option to update to 17.5.16.
Wolfgang
the XG105 is not upgradeable to v18.5, there are end Of Life notices at the to off the forum you might like to read.

XG 105 is not my problem. I know they are EOL. But for XG 105 update is possible (to version 17.5.16). For all newer systems there is no update option shown. We have to update some more firewalls an i do not want to update them all manually.
Thanks rfcat_vk. So, to get to 18.5, or continue receiving updates, I've got to create and reconfigure a new virtual appliance built from the latest image?
I find that is the easiest way to overcome licensing issues.
Ignore the above. I was reading it on my phone and didn't realise you were replying to Wolfgang. I thought it was a little strange as I am using a virtual appliance and couldn't work out where `XG 105` has come from.
