Lets encrypt admin and client access certificate not trusted

I have followed the steps on this thread https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/f/discussions/130486/certificat-let-s-encrypt-untrust but the certificate is still showing as untrusted and i am unable to select it for the admin/client interface.

Just an idea: when I get this red x, I usually manualy add the root certificate authority file (not the created certificate) in the certificate authority tab. They always renew their files and I the sophos do not always renew their root authorities. I had simillar issue with sectigo (old comodo).

That was one of the suggestions in the article I read, the CA certificate was showing it expired in September and now it says 2035 but i still have the red x on the page and it will only let me select the appliance certificate for the admin and client sites
