May I ask you fellas what is heart beat used for? Do i need to install some client on enpoint? Im using it at HOME and ive never wonder about it.

heartbeat is not available to home users, it is paid for licence addition and a security feature. It provides a method of managing your devices access to the firewall rules and hence to the internet. Stops unauthorised devices from using your internet connection. You can achieve nearly the same function with fixed IP addressing and clientless users and clientless uaergroups though you don't get reports on failed heartbeat.

Thx a lot for reply. So i dont have to worry about  as its not used for home lic ;)

In theory, you could purchase te EP License as well as a home user. Not Sophos Home - Instead the payed version, it should work with Sophos XG Home. 

I have the paid version of Sophos home, not sure what value heartbeat would add?

I mean the payed Version of Sophos Endpoint. Intercept X for Example. You can purchase this license as a home user via a Partner (webstore for example).
