FYI, last night (gmt+2) the registration server was not working and I kept getting a response that I have a problem, contact support. I even tried installing a "home edition" to see if the issue is in my license, and the same issue was here. I think that it is important that a message will apear in the partner portal or any other place that we can see. wasting 3 hours for a solution was very disappointing.
This morning, all is working again...
Did you register for the Sophos SMS Service?
I saw this in the community after struggling for few hours. As you know, no google search brought me there.
I still think that partners should get such a message in email or in bold in the partners portal.
