Acess in Red Network from XGS Network

Hello,

i have sucessfully configured the RED20 Device to my XGS-126. I can reach any device, that is connected to my XGS Network. Now i need to configure the acess back to the devices that are connected to my RED Network. I can ping the RED20 Device, but not the devices connected to my RED. How can i do this?

Hello Christian,

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

Make sure you have configured a LAN to RED Firewall rule and I would recommend you to do a GUI Packet Capture to confirm the Ping is leaving using the correct Firewall Rule and the correct RED interface.
