Apply bandwidth restrictions on a website is incomplete

They’re working on updating how the search works for the documentation, which most likely is causing that when you click the link it takes you to the general Documentation page.

Yes, you're right, they are taking me to the general Documentation page.

The page I'm visiting is : https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035654?language=en_US; and those blue urls down are taking me to the general Documentation page. I want to restrict Netflix and Amazon Prime bandwidth, so if one person watches a movie, the others still can use internet.
