I cannot access my cophos xgs8

I have configured my WAN and DMZ but now i can no longer access my sophos box after bridging my port 1 with port 4. Its shows not internet and the LAN 172.16.16.16:4444 cant access the GUI interface, please any suggestions will help. I dont want to resort to resetting the device.

    Hi,

    how many ports does you XGS8X have. You could try accessing the console and creating a new active interface i f you have a spare to then access the GUI.

    its an xgs 87. it has 4 ethernet port.

    2 ports have been configured as WAN ports port (2 and 3). After i bridged the port 1 and 4 thats when i lost connectivity to the device

    4 ethernet port

    1 sfp port

    1 RJ45 COM port

    1 Micro USB

    Hi,

    I tried to respond last night (my time) but my browser was being anti social. Try logging into the console and make changes to the network configuration. At this stage I would suggest you change one WAN port to a local address so you can access the GUI to see what has gone wrong.
