i cant access any client by icmp or remote deskyop behind red sophos

Hi,
 I've problem UTM310 with RED60.  the REDs (transparent/split) and another site i have sophos cyberoam

ICMP ping forward is enabled.

Ping from Client behind RED to internal is good and i can access any client but i can't access from side.

I check the log from side the traffic is allowed but from the side behind red check log from sophos cyberoam the traffic is deny .

I don't know what's the problem, there are any hints.

    Hi Hisham, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. 

    It seems that the Firewall rule is missing, can you confirm that the VPN to LAN and LAN to VPN rules are added on the Firewall? If it's added, then ensure that the proper subnet is added as well to allow the traffic 

  • Thanks for the reply, but I tried this suggestion, but I still have the same problem i creatd firewall rule from lan to lan and this rule this write becouse i watch in log and i will upload some picture the traffic outbound is good from cyberoam but the problem in traffic inbound .

    i have help for this problem and thank you .

    firewall rule 

    allow log from outbound

    deny log from inbound
