Authentification failed (VPN and Webui admin)

Hi,

We have some sophos XG in version SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586, and for some reason vpn and login on the web admin falied. We must restart the firewall to resolve the issue.

We have no error on the log.

All other module is OK, because we expose URL on the web with waf technology and the site is OK. But we can't login with the nomad VPN (VPN SSL).

The authentification is local (no ldap, no double authentification).

We opened a ticket on support, but we have no respond (ticket created last month).

Have you ever had this problem ?

How long did the issue last between each restart of the device? Please let me know the Case ID so that I can check internally :)

Hi DeveshM,

If you're talking about how long the problem lasts between reboots, it lasts until you restart it. Otherwise it's almost every week that we have the problem and therefore we have to restart it every week.
