Sophos not working in windows 11

Do you see any error prompt while running CAA client on Windoes 11?

Did you install the Sophos Client Authentication CA on end machine?

Also, try to reinstall the client and share your observation.

Yes, I have uninstalled it and then download and install it again but the error is still there.

The message displayed is shown below while I am trying to reconnect.

Is MAC binding/Login restriction enabled in user profile(Authentication > Users)?

If yes, then ensure that you've put the correct MAC/IP address. If you're not using MAC binding/Login restriction, then disable it and try to login to CAA.

Share a snapshot of Global settings as well from Authentication > Services.

There is no restriction in login our college also provided a login page through which we can also logged in to our wifi portal and  login through CAA is working properly in windows 10 and the above error is only showing in windows 11.

There is no compatibility setting.

I think your application need some upgrades to be compatible with Windows 11.
