XG 430 HA firewall dead

One of the 2 firewalls in my HA pair died. 
when I cycle the power it starts up and stays on before going dead after around 1 min 30 secs. 
Has anyone experienced this before. 
Sophos support have RMA this device and will send a new one. 
Any tips on swapping out the dead one and replacing with the new replacement.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    From the current Primary Device (Disable HA)

    Register and Configure the RMA device, to be in the same Firmware version as the Primary Device, and connect the HA link cable between both devices

    Configure HA again (How to configure HA).

    If this was an Active Passive scenario, and the Secondary failed, you don't need to do anything for the licensing.

    If this was an Active Passive scenario, and the Primary failed, when you register the device it’ll transfer the license from the RMA device to the new device.
