&lt;p&gt;The error in the awed.log seems to be normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since this is affecting also wired users, I would recommend you disable Firewall Acceleration and see if that helps the issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You would need to SSH into the XG and the press 5&amp;gt;4 to be in the Console then run the following command:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;console&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;system firewall-acceleration disable&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I checked syslog.log and awed.log, but I don&amp;#39;t know which one is the problem... I saw the awed.log keeps printing the same JSON parsing error, I guess it&amp;#39;s not normal ?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When the issue is happening I would recommend you to check the&amp;nbsp;awed.log, syslog.log.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does this issue only affects WiFi users?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The firewall didn&amp;#39;t restart for any of the cases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For failing to connect to the wifi, it&amp;#39;s like the computer is trying to connect to the wifi but failed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the failing to connect to the internet, accessing other devices inside the network seems to be okay. Even the firewall http site.&lt;/p&gt;
