VLAn over RED20 Tunnel

Hi Team,

Need to segment a remote branch network using VLAN.

My current setup.

HQ -> XG210 build 18.5. With already configure VLANS. It's also the DHCP server for the VLAN network.

      -> VLAN attached to remote RED interface/Hardware with the necessary F/w rules

Remote branch. -> RED20  on Standard Mode. on Zone RED with DHCP configured (different from VLAN)

                          -> Layer 3 Switch  connected to RED20

                         -> AccessPoint connected to the switch

I can't get IPs from DHCP  on switch's VLAN tagged  interface at the remote branch.

Please help

  • You need to create a bridge with the RED interface and your local Interface. Then create the VLANs + DHCP etc. on the Bridge.
