XG105 Multiple reboot

Hello,

One of our branch office have a problem with the firewall XG 105 firmware 17.5.16 MR-16 build 830. The connection between our main firewall is RED.

You can see in this capture the number of reboot yesterday :

It's VERY strange because: The connection seems stable and when i starting a connection using RDP to the server on site, the firewall crash ! After few minutes, the firewall rebooting by itself and the connection is again up after 5 min.

What can be the reason of a crash because i made a connection? It was happen multiple time it's why it's very strange! I copied all log file but where have i to check please?

Thank you

    Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Do you see any spikes in CPU/Memory utilization?

Go to Diagnostics > System graphs to check CPU & memory utilization.

==> Run the below commands in shell and share session output here or in PM.

Login to SSH > 5. Device Management > 3. Advanced SHell

    # ls -lahr /var/cores

    # df -kh

    # free

    # top

    # cat /log/syslog.log | grep -i "BusyBox"

    # cat /log/syslog.log | grep -i "segfault"

=> Try filtering syslog.log events with the timestamp of reboot instance.

    # cat /log/syslog.log | grep -i "Sep 21 15:07"
