How to generate a CTR on an auxiliary device

Question

Hello Community, 
 I have a failover and want to generate a CTR on an auxiliary device, what should I do? 
 The appliance is the XG 550. The HA configuration is Active-Passive. Currently, the Primary device has failed and is failing over.

Hello Hirotaka, 
 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 Are you able to access the Aux device GUI, if you connect a laptop directly to one of the interfaces of the XG in the Faulty state? 
 I am inclined to believe that you want the CTR for the faulty device, but also provide the CTR from the Primary device.

Hello Hirotaka, 
 If one of the devices is in Faulty state, you won't be able to do the Failover. 
 However, as you mentioned, you should be able to connect a laptop to one of the LAN Zone ports and access the GUI. 
 I also suggest you share the CTR for the current working device.
