XG 135 IPV6 connectivity

Hi Team

I am facing an issue with Sophos XG 135 appliance . I have connected an IPv6 BSNL connection on port 2 of the firewall ,the IPv6 connectivity get disconnect often while disconnected checking the ping test on global DNS of IPv6 there is reachability and the status of the WAN link manager is green.The site IPv6.google.com is  not reachable at the time ,similarly certain cameras hosted over it become unavailable , on debugging the logs  following are  shown.

can anybody have a solution for this.

    Could you please take a packet capture at the time of instance?

    ==> Login to SSH > 5. Device Management > 3. Advanced Shell

    => Run the below command to take capture for ping traffic to ipv6.google.com

    # tcpdump -nei any host ipv6.google.com and proto ICMP

    or

    # tcpdump -nei any host 2001:4860:4860::8888 and proto ICMP

    => Run the below command to check web traffic

    # tcpdump -nei any host ipv6.google.com

    => Also check drop packets in another SSH session.

    # drppkt host ipv6.google.com

    or

    # drppkt host 2001:4860:4860::8888
