Login Failed after Firmware Upgrade

Hi, I upgraded the firmware from 17.5.12 mr2 to 18.05 but now i can not access the web admin. Only user portal working on hidden mode browser. What can you advice me to reach the admin interface?.also i couldnt login with ssh.

    Please connect device with serial console cable and rollback to previous firmware version 17.5.12 mr2 then 17.5.12 MR12 upgrade to 17.5.16 MR 16. 

    If Device is in the failsafe mode, you might need to reset to factory default to recover the appliance.

    Later, you can migrate your firewall to latest v18 firmware.
