Login Failed after Firmware Upgrade

Hi, I upgraded the firmware from 17.5.12 mr2 to 18.05 but now i can not access the web admin. Only user portal working on hidden mode browser. What can you advice me to reach the admin interface?.also i couldnt login with ssh.

    Hi,

    no, because you need to login to roll back to the previous version. Also I don't think you can go from v117.5.12 to v18.0.5. From memory you need to be at least on mr14 or mr15.
