The error message is for connections that have timed out, you can ignore them.

Please post a screenshot of your failing firewall rule in detail.

I have created the ALLOW rule from SOURCE to DESTINATION and Allow ANY ports. Still traffic is getting DENY and with log message "Could not associate packet to any connection".

I advised you that you can ignore the could not associate messages.

Do you have Nat rule in place.

Please post copy f the failing firewall rule in expanded detail.

When reviewing logviewer with the filter set to select the firewall rule number what do you see?
