As per the documentation link provided by you, there is no mention for VMWare Workstation Template, can you guide me which template to use for VMWare Workstation. ?

I have unzipped and having following templates, kindly advise which best suites VMWare Workstation

I have Licensed Hardware Appliance and not aware about licensing w.r.t Virtual Sophos. Can u guide me? 

you will need a software licence either trial or a business software licence. your hardware licence will not run on a vm.

Hey Manish,

Just adding to rf_cat and prism, If you just want to test things on a test VM appliance, Just get the Sophos XG home edition. Download the ISO after signing up and deploy it as a normal VM (Just like you do with VMs in general). 

XG Home Edition is limited to 4 cores and 6 GB of RAM
