picture blocked on facebook and whatsapp

Hello everyone,

I am coming to you because I have a little problem with my sophos XG Firewall that I have not had anywhere else. The problem is that when my clients use the internet and try to go to facebook, no image appears. For whatsapp, no image appears for download. When I say does not appear they are there but illegible

Have you ever encountered this problem?

    Facebook mostly uses the below domains to load image & video content.

    scontent.famd15-1.fna.fbcdn.net
    static.xx.fbcdn.ne
    video.famd15-1.fna.fbcdn.net

    For WhatsApp, I'd suggest checking web filter events in the log viewer. Additionally, if you're using web proxy then you can check awarrenhttp_access.log events.
