We have 2 boxes in HA, one of them crashed and went offline. In parallel the problem in connecting to the systems started. Checking the online box I visualized that the licenses were not applied to it. I accessed the Sophos Portal and transferred the licenses. Soon after, I performed a test and managed to access the systems in the units.
The next day this access again showed problems. The licenses are applied in the online box, the servers are pinged without fail, I can see the open ports on the servers and access them through ssh, but an application that uses specific ports does not open. All ports are open in VPN.
We use an IPsec Lan to Lan VPN connection for each of the units.
