XG Firewall Home, licensing problem

Hello,

i have installed a new box at my home with the XG Firewall, had an old license not used in the email. Used it and i get error

Sorry: we are unable to register this device.

Error ID: XG-00151

Tracking ID b8bd513f-819f-4164-a005-39fda94bd8d0: please make a note of this.

then i requested a new serial number in the hope i can use it, but now i can't change the SN entered in the box

is there any other solution than reinstalling the box?
