XG Home License never arrives

Question

Hi, I know this has been asked before but here we go. I go through all the steps here www.sophos.com/.../sophos-xg-firewall-home-edition.aspx to download the image including putting all my details including email address in but I never receive the email. 
 I have logged into mysophos and there are no licenses listed. How do you actually get a license? I have the appliance up and running but stuck at the registration page in setup as I don't have a license number.

Hi Mark, Thanks for reaching out. Initially, the license which is sent over the mail is not linked with any Sophos ID. You need to manually put the license while registering the VM or the software appliance. The mail is received by the ID "noreply@Sophos.com" and with the Subject "Your Sophos Serial Number". Verify once if this was falsely detected in any of the anti-spam filters or in your spam folder.

 Adding to what Devesh mentioned, also make sure you use Incognito mode, if the issue remain of your not receiving the S/N, check on your SPAM folder if you&rsquo;re receiving any email from the Compliance Team.
