XG106 cannot join Sophos Central

Hello Community,

I have tried to visualize my XG106 in Sophos Central. The appliance is shown up in the web interface but cannot be managed.

When entering the appliance Web Interface, I get some HTML code displayed where I can at least identify license issue.

Nevertheless, my appliance is having active subscriptions until summer 2022.

    Who can I contact? Do I need a payed subscription to manage my local Firewall via Sophos Central?
