Sophos Connect Client v3

Hello,

I have a support case open regarding Sophos Connect not working after every Windows update. Support asked if we use the v3 client, but I cannot find it anywhere. The XG version is SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586.

    Would it be possible for you to send your case number to me via personal message? There must be some misunderstanding; there's no Connect Client v3. 

    There latest Sophos Connect Client is 2.1, which is available since March; check out the release notes and more at the following link:
