XG125 Boot failure 18 MR5

After Upgrade from SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 to MR-5 the XG doesnt boot anymore. Monitor screen shows booting for ca. 2 seconds and then the message "rebooting" - ends in a loop. 80 Users in in Head/Branch/Home Offices are now disconnected. Should i better buy a fritzbox?

Hi, connect a cable to the console port and select the previous version. Then create a support case. Ian

Thank you - I wasn't able to connect properly via "screen/iTerm@macOS", filled up sometimes with garbage. BUT: I connected a keyboard on the USB-Port, Monitor on HDMI-Port und could enter the Boot Manager (key "Del"). There I was able to switch to MR4

You more than likely had the wrong speed, should be 38400.

please create a support case.

No, speed was 38400 8bits/1 stop. the garbage was only sometimes it had to do with the charcode..
