I can't access the configuration portal

Boa noite Sou novo no sophos xg e estou com problemas para acessar a configuração web. Fiz a instalação inicial -> acessei o painel web mas não fiz nenhuma alteração. Desliguei meu notebook e não consigo mais acessar o painel.
Defino o ip fixo para 172.16.16.10 e tento acessar o painel web com o ip 172.16.16.16:4444 mas sem sucesso.
O applice é um xg 85 conectado por meio de um cabo de rede à saída LAN. quando defino o ip citado acima ele não reconhece o dhcp do aplicativo.
Por favor, alguém pode me ajudar a acessar o painel por favor pois já faz 3 semanas que estou nessa luta.

    Please ensure that you're accessing webadmin on https://<firewall LAN IP>:4444/

    Could you please check whether SSH is accessible or not?

    If not, then you'll need to connect a console cable(standard console or micro USB cable) with the Sophos Firewall.

    Click here to know "Troubleshooting steps when unable to access the GUI".

    As there is no configuration yet done, you can restore the firewall with default settings and can configure it again.
