STAS user logged out from one PC affects another?

Hello,

When using STAS , f one user is connected to two different computers, when he logs out from one computer, the firewall also logs him out from the other too?

Example:

I was logged to two PCs, 172.16.16.200 and 172.16.16.100.

I intentionally sign off from 172.16.16.100 and shutdown that computer, on Log Viewer I can see that my user was logged out from 172.16.16.200 too. Is this the expected behaviour?

    Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Request to follow the steps below to check authentication events on Sophos Firewall:

==> Login to 2 different machines with the same user. Confirm that they're visible under the live users list.

==> Run the below command in the shell to put access_server service in debugging.

Login to SSH > 5. Device Management > 3. Advanced Shell.

    # service access_server:debug -ds nosync

==> Run the below command to capture live events.

    # tail -f /log/access_server.log

==> Logout from a single machine. Check whether user entry is still under the live users list or not.

==> To stop debugging please run the below command.

    # service access_server:debug -ds nosync

==> Please share access_server.log events here or via PM.
