Sophos XG set WAN static IP and Internet down every 4 hours

Hi,

We have a problem with our interfaces WAN on virtual applaiance SOPHOS SFV4C6 (SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4)

It's a VM on infrastructure VMware, manage by OVH.

Every 4 hours, the WAN interface down. On my WAN link manager, the rules are set on 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

Support Sophos and OVH don't find the cause of problem.

I try check log but nothing error find.
