Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

If you are able to access the Firewall via SSH, try restarting the following services from the advanced shell:

# service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

# service apache:restart -ds nosync

If you are not running 18.0 MR4 or 18. MR5 or 17.5 MR15 try upgrading.

If the issue persists after this, you can try to re-image the device.

Most likely the HDD is failing, so you can open a ticket with Support to investigate further.
