I can't block Psiphon VPN

Dear All,

I have a problem with Psiphon VPN Application that end users using it in mobile devices bypassing our hotspot Login portal page.

Can you please help me to stop that application.

    The problem with the document using ssl/tls scanning does not block udp which will used by the VPN. You will need to limit te ports otherwise the VPN will just go straight through, yes, I have experimented with blocking the VPN, so my answers are practical based.
