RED disconnected after RMA

We have replaced an XG firewall due to hardware failure and restored the configuration from backup

All is running fine except for a RED that is not connecting anymore.

do we need to disable the RED service and enable it again to let it working ?

    Were you able to connect RED with the new unlock code?

    Also please share red.log from the CLI.

    Login to SSH > 5. Device management > 3. Advanced Shell

    # tail -n 100 /log/red.log | grep -i "RED ID"
